Tim Terrio

Tim Terrio, Founder and President of TERRIO Physical Therapy-Fitness, Inc., has been a driving force since 1998. Under his leadership, TERRIO Therapy has expanded from a single location to fourteen, with over 250 team members. Tim’s innovative approach has fueled this growth and diversification.

With 30+ years of experience, Tim is a seasoned Physical Therapist, Certified Athletic Trainer, and Certified Strength Coach. He holds four college degrees, including a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a Master’s in Physical Education with a focus on Athletic Training, showcasing his commitment to lifelong learning.

As a serial entrepreneur, Tim also founded Integrate 3P (Passion, Purpose & Endless Possibilities), which provides business coaching, leadership development, and life coaching for executives and business owners. Programs include Individual Coaching, Life Pioneer Mastermind Groups, Life Evolutions, Scalability, and Biz Rx.

Tim’s altruism is evident in his founding of two non-profits: the League of Dreams, Inc. and Health Through Wholeness, Inc. Since 2007, the League of Dreams has offered inclusive sports for children with disabilities. Health Through Wholeness promotes community wellness through initiatives like Covey Cottages for homeless veterans, a parafencing program with Kern Athletic Fencing Foundation, and the forthcoming AdaptiSport Wellness Center, Bakersfield’s first fully accessible wellness center.

Tim is a dedicated father of three. His son Nicholas is a fireman in Montana, married to Sydney; his daughter Brooke is an accountant in Phoenix, married to Corbin with a son, Carter; and Luke is pursuing a career in Construction Management. Tim enjoys traveling, especially to visit his family.

Tim’s journey exemplifies a steadfast commitment to excellence, compassion, and making a positive impact on others’ lives.
